Middle School Guidance

Welcome

Welcome
Welcome to the Danville Middle School Guidance website.
As your School Counselor, my primary responsibility is to promote the academic, personal, and social development of all students. I will be in the building Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I will be conducting small groups, creating and implementing classroom guidance lessons weekly during guidance class, facilitating a club entitled 'Be the Change', meeting with parents, collaborating with teachers and staff, and consulting with community organizations to benefit and meet the needs of all Danville Middle School students and families. I look forward to offering support to the students, staff, families and community.

Any student can request to meet with me or they can be referred by a teacher, administrator, or parent. I firmly believe communication is key and I encourage you to reach out if you have concerns regarding your child. If you would like for me to meet with your child or if you would like to set up a meeting with me, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Ms. Watrobski

Meet Your Counselor

Meet Your Counselor
Dear Parents and Guardians,

My name is Adrianna Watrobski and I am excited to be returning to Danville for a 3rd year as the 7th and 8th grade school counselor. Born and raised in New York, I found my way to Vermont to complete my Bachelors in Psychology at Norwich University. I received my Master's degree in School Counseling and Guidance Services at NYU Steinhardt. Prior to my work as a school counselor, I worked locally in the mental health field where my role included supporting students at home, in the community as well as in the school setting. I am excited to have the opportunity to return to working with middle school here at Danville.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have throughout the year.
Here's to an incredible 2020-2021 school year.

Sincerely,

Ms. Watrobski
